...last time I heard that, Loco showed up cut like a professional bodybuilder. Then he proceeded to stomp a mud hole in Spook's chest and walked it dry! 
But that's okay. We are now using your method of training. Our dogs have been couch potatoes for the last month. It is upsetting Trina because she doesn't have any place to sit now when she watches her soapies and eats bon bons. But being the good husband that I am, I explained to her the importance of proper training and nutrition. It is obvious that I know what I am talking about, just look at the shape I am in. (Remember, round is a shape)
