rape, you know? like uninvited, unwanted, intrusive, in some way going within you but you don't want Archived Message

I say mindraper to distinguish it from physical (body) rape. Before rape in the usual sense could happen, ever, it was necessary to rape the mind first - otherwise you can't get in at them, because they KNOW you are not allowed to do that. So you have to make them forget that, and you can then physicly rape them, once their minds have been invaded by you. So in telepathic terms mindraping is kinda probing someone's thoughts and mental awareness, their soul etc, in the same way that you'd read or open someone else's mail without their permission, tho' it's a bit worse than doing that. Hence why it's rape.
