That's different. I would never argue against that time can seem to take ages longer to pass, or shorter to pass, but it is the same measure of time. What shouldn't happen ever is that the sundial shadow won't make it to the marker in time. The perception of it passing can vary on all kinds of different stuff. For example - some people who seem to be Ahrimanic (going backwards) if they are around me then I have to make adjustments to my 'reality' so that they don't force me to start experiencing time passing really slow - which is the effect they have on me. I find that extremely boring so I have to adjust the rates, plus stop them abusing me anyway and trying to haul me into some other way of experiencing their shoddy worldview. It's a bit like frame rates in TV or films, but not exactly that. A physics class I took at high school always passed really slow - others in the class agreed on this, to the extent that the clock seemed to be going backwards (to make the point) - I think the teacher was trying to avoid a future he had either seen or heard about, so the effect on others is to make time seem to pass exceptionally slowly. Like he was a vampire type or something like that.
