that selfless sh*t is just a tactic used on those being observed, it makes them easier to control and it makes them think it is their purpose.
So, it blots out their true purpose.
Which is why there's histories of the good being trodden all over -
if the observers were true in their intentions to evolve, it would have happened way before now, and - being honest about the true state of affairs wouild never have become an issue of arguement.
It doesn't matter how heroic you are, once you find out that you are made to be that way, to keep you in a sort of amnesiac timeloop of repeat-actions and being basicly something that is limited so as to be used by others, well - some never recover, they just turn the opposite way and begin destroying that which has been using them as that character.
So of course, the things using them then make up lots of bollox about how they are bad and corrupt, for more of their bullcrap fairy stories.
What you realise you should be asking is - how come those people needing saved or helped (by your being selfless) don't have the free will to just make their life the way they want it to be? Why are you expected to be selfless, but they are not - they are just expected to expect you to be selfless. What, God can't make everyone equally able?!
Where's the guarantees that if you are selfless your whole life that it will
a) actually achieve anything (considering you did it all in past lives and you come back again and it's still sh*te in terms of all the work put in, you may as well not have bothered at all! - as yet, no decent explanations as to how it could go so wrong b4 - so wouldn't it be extremely stupid to make the same mistakes all over again? considering that the same ones that made it go wrong back then still seem to be here thesedays, which brings me onto...)
b) actually help those who are only good - otherwise you are being used to perpetuate abuse
